The Glienke Agency, L.L.C. was created by Scott R. Glienke, CPCU, CIC as a partnership with Molyneaux Insurance of Davenport, IA in June of 2006. The original name of the agency was Molyneaux-Glienke Insurance. Effective February of 2008, Scott purchased Molyneaux Insurance's interest in the business, and changed the name to The Glienke Agency, L.L.C. Our focus continues to be the customers we serve.

TGA clients include large multi-million-dollar organizations to very small volunteer only organizations. The Glienke Agency believes in placing their customers' needs first and foremost. This will perpetuate the stability and growth of The Glienke Agency, our employees, as well as the companies we represent.

Scott Glienke

President/CEO

Scott R. Glienke, CPCU, CIC

Scott was lucky to grow up in the small northwest Iowa town of Aurelia where he had 30 kids in his graduating class of 1988. He is the middle child of two brothers that were a total of three and a half years apart in age and raised by their single mom. He learned from an early age that hard work paid off, helping your neighbor was expected, and family and friends were one and the same. From there he went to the University of Iowa and graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance in 1992. His big career break happened in 1995 when Philadelphia Insurance hired him to open the Iowa/Nebraska regional office. It was at PHLY that he began insuring nonprofit social service organizations. In 2006, Scott ventured out on his own and formed The Glienke Agency, LLC. His good fortune has been to work with so many great clients and employees.

When Scott is not assisting his clients, you can find him spending time with his family, chasing a sunset on his Harley Davidson with his wife Alisa riding shotgun, or trying to catch the elusive Walleye.

Andrew J. Dunlay, MBA, M.Ed.

Andrew Dunlay, MBA, M.Ed.

Andrew has been working at TGA since June 2021. He graduated from Creighton University in 2011, then earned an MBA from Drake University in 2020. Prior to a career in insurance, Andrew worked in collegiate athletics and recreation.

Outside of work, Andrew likes to spend time with his wife Jordyn, daughter Austyn, and Goldendoodle Dobby. He also enjoys traveling, golfing, tennis, fishing, and being outdoors.

Alisa Glienke

Office Manager

Alisa Glienke

Alisa graduated from The University of Iowa with a B.A. in Business Administration. She worked for several years as an underwriter for Farmers Insurance and Truckers Insurance. She then helped to get The Glienke Agency started and worked as the accountant while also staying home and raising their two daughters. She currently works as the Office Manager.

Outside of work, Alisa loves to do anything outdoors including long walks with their dog Coby, boat and Harley rides, and read a good book. But most of all, she loves spending time with her husband Scott, their two daughters and their husbands, and being a Gigi to her grandbabies.

Yukiko Collins

Yukiko Collins

Yukiko has been with TGA since March 2017, but she has been in the insurance business since 2000. She graduated from Drake University with a B.A. in International Relations and a Minor in Earth Geography. Her skills in customer service are demonstrated by her dedication to problem solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Yukiko went to High School in Honolulu, Hawaii, and moved to Iowa in 1994 where she later met her future husband in college. Yukiko has a daughter who has been figure skating since she was two and now this island girl spends time at a cold rink every morning and weekend. Yukiko also enjoys going to rock concerts and meeting new people.

Alicia M. Hosfelt

Alicia M. Hosfelt

Alicia started working for TGA in May of 2016 after graduating from The University of Iowa with a B.A. in Communication Studies and a Minor in Human Relations. After volunteering throughout high school and college, as well as working for a non-profit, she knew she wanted to stay connected to that line of business and TGA was able to help support that goal of servicing others. Starting at TGA in an administrative role and working her way up to the position of Account Manager, Alicia has been able to gain invaluable experience collaborating with clients and carriers at various levels.

Outside of the office Alicia enjoys spending time with her family and attending sporting events – Go Hawkeyes! She also loves listening to live music and helping on the family farm in Southwest Iowa.

Camryn A. Magnussen

Camryn A. Magnussen

Camryn started working at TGA in September of 2023. She graduated from The University of Iowa in 2021 from the Tippie College of Business. Following graduation, Camryn worked at Farm Bureau Financial Services in their Central Department as an Agency Representative and in their Marketing Department as a Marketing Specialist. Throughout college, Camryn worked as an intern at several non-profit human service organizations, so she was excited to come to TGA to continue working with non-profit organizations but on a different side of things.

In her free time, Camryn likes to spend time with her husband and family playing games and being at the lake, cuddling her three fur babies, and baking Gluten Free desserts.
